Refund Policy | Spring Club Teams
Refunds are given out based on withdrawal date; expressed via e-mail or in-person with Sonics Staff. In all cases, we bring an attitude of patience and understanding to ensure families feel supported financially. Please contact us ASAP if you are needing to withdrawal from a program: sonicsbasketballyyc@gmail.com

Early Bird Registrants (registered by Jan. 1, '26)
— Withdrawn by February 7th | 100%
— Withdrawn by March 1st | 50%
— Withdrawn after March 1st | 0%
Regular Registrants (registered after Jan. 1, '26)
— Withdrawn by February 7th | 80%
— Withdrawn by March 1st | 40%
— Withdrawn after March 1st | 0%
** If the rare case occurs where Sonics is unable to field a team, we would give 100% of the registration fees back to registrants **
